Your Mission: Help increase sales efficiency and drive more conversations

You will be the first dedicated GDR in a rapidly growing Marketing team. Your role will be split between two major functions. First, helping qualify and convert inbound leads into conversations for sales. Second, sourcing new meetings for sales via cold outbound as part of our Account-Based Marketing approach.

You will report to the Head of Demand Generation, and will work closely with both Marketing and Sales leadership. This is an opportunity to make a big impact at a fast-moving and results-driven startup in a new software category.

We are looking for a self-starter and entrepreneurial professional who is comfortable with an early-stage startup environment.

What you will be doing

  • Manage all inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) ensuring every MQL receives timely follow-up and has a delightful first impression of Launchable.

  • Manage Lead qualification by email and phone, ensuring Leads are the correct fit to have a conversation with our sales team.

  • Schedule meetings with MQLs for the sales team, reschedule no-shows, and maintain strict data cleanliness on all MQLs in our CRM (Hubspot).

  • In collaboration with marketing and sales, you will experiment with different outbound strategies to engage with new prospects who fit our Ideal Customer Profile.

  • Document all prospecting experiments to help train future team members and inform future experiments.

  • Help analyze and review data to optimize the number of meetings you book, outreach cadence, and lead generation strategies.

  • Work daily with the Launchable leadership team in order to grow your career.

What you will bring

  • You have 2+ successful year(s) in sales or marketing with a strong record of performance in either growth marketing or SDR work.

  • You have an interest in becoming an expert in machine learning and DevOps.

  • You are an exceptional writer and spoken communicator.

  • You are highly organized & autonomous.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Experience with cold-outbound and writing sequences.
